Biggest Loser Ranch In Malibu Creek State Park – 2008 Season

biggest_loser_2008_aerial_viewThis is an updated post from my earlier post, but decided to make a new one since the location is in a totally different place. The old link was for an earlier season of Biggest Loser.

The new location is located in the Malibu Creek State Park. (Click Image to the right for a larger view using Virtual Earth mapping)

The park was the center of Chumash Native American life for centuries and was once used to film numerous movies and TV shows, such as Planet of the Apes and M*A*S*H.

    YOu are mistaken, this is not Malibu Creek State Park, however it is very close.

    Thanks splitzeros – It’s very close – some maps put it in the park and others don’t… I can’t find any official maps on the park’s site either. I’ll keep looking!

    Thanks. The location on your web site is definitely the current site for The Biggest Loser. I have been able to compare some almost exact shots with location shots on the show. It’s neat.

    I’m not sure if this is updated, but the actual site shown here is used for The Biggest Losers, currently Season 7.
    The location is actually King Gillette Ranch, part of the Santa Monica Mountain conservancy. It is directly across from Malibu Creek State Park (Old Mash site).
    This was formally Soka University, and converted back to Gillette Ranch (The founder of the safety razor).
    We just hiked there today (013109) and saw some of the biggest loser contestants working out in the gym.

    i wish i could get on biggest losser i wish i new how to get on the ranch and i just turn 18 and i am over 300lb i am try my best at home but i just can not it by my self . i wish bob could help get on the ranch i would work my but off if i got chace at the biggest loser
