Jeff just sent this to me after the last post. It looks as if this submarine is either getting some repairs, or it’s a new one.

UPDATE: I asked the guys over at The Sub Report if they had any information on any of these submarines:
Looks like a Los Angeles Class (I) Improved. The main difference between the first generation Los Angles Class subs and the improved class is that Sail Planes were moved to the bow and VLS Launch tubes were installed.
